Privacy

In short

You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your email or phone number. If you like, you can add your name or nickname and a few things about yourself to your profile; your profile is stored only on this phone. What you write and your profile go to an AI service only if you allow it, and only to create your compliment. The first card uses only the name from your profile, and your name doesn't go to the AI.

Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed in the PamperMe app is Mire Bilişim A.Ş. You can send privacy questions and requests to pamperme@trademire.ai.

Profile

Your profile is optional: name or nickname, form of address, gender (only for grammar), age range, job or school, hobbies and something you're proud of. We don't ask about body, weight, height, skin color or health; please don't write them. Your profile is stored only on this phone. Your full profile is sent only when you've given AI permission, together with compliment requests from the second and third cards. The first card uses only the name from your profile: your name is added to the compliment on our server, doesn't go to the AI and isn't stored. If you choose 13–17 as your age range, ads aren't personalized, even if you allowed ad tracking before. You can change or delete your profile anytime on the Profile page.

What stays on your device

Your language, your AI permission, your profile, the compliment prepared for your next launch and your recent compliments with the sentences you wrote for them (History) stay only on this phone. Deleting the app deletes them too.

What goes to the server

When you tap the second or third card, the card you picked, the app language, your sentence if you wrote one and your profile if you've given AI permission are sent to our server and from there to the Anthropic AI service to create the compliment. The first card picks from ready-made compliments: only the card, the app language and the name in your profile reach our server; your name is added to the compliment on our server and doesn't go to the AI. Our server doesn't keep what you wrote, your profile, your name or your compliment; it only counts your daily usage. If you report a compliment, that compliment, your sentence and your reason are kept for review for 90 days; your profile isn't sent, but if your name appears in the compliment, it's kept too. Our servers see your IP address to provide the service and prevent abuse; our logs keep it for up to 14 days.

Device number

On first launch the app creates a random number for this phone. It doesn't identify you; it's used to count your daily allowance and to link your legends and your subscription to this phone. Legends are tied only to this number; because they aren't tied to your store account, they can't be restored.

Payment

Subscriptions and legends packs are bought through App Store / Google Play. Your card details stay with Apple / Google and never reach us. To verify a purchase and keep track of your subscription's status (renewal, cancellation, refund), we process only the transaction details on our server.

Ads

Google AdMob ads are shown only when you tap a button or card marked with the ad sign. To show ads, AdMob may process data such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, interaction and diagnostic data. On iPhone and iPad the app asks for ad tracking permission when it's first opened, before any ad is loaded; your advertising identifier is used only if you allow it, and the app works the same if you say no. You can change this anytime in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In Europe you can change your ad choices under Privacy choices in Profile > Settings. If you're not a subscriber, the small strip marked Ad at the top of the home screen shows our other apps: the app downloads their list and icons from our server ads.trademire.ai without sending your identity, your profile or anything you wrote; which one appears is chosen on your phone.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data only to: create the compliment you ask for, count your daily allowance, verify your purchase and subscription and give you what you bought, verify ad rewards, prevent abuse, review reported compliments and check that the service works properly using event records that contain no text. The legal basis is entering into and performing our contract with you, that is, the terms of use you accept when using the app (KVKK art. 5/2-c, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Personalized ads rely only on your consent (the tracking permission on iPhone and iPad, Privacy choices in Europe). The AI permission we ask for before your sentence and profile are sent is there so you know what goes where; you can withdraw it anytime.

Who receives your data

Your data is shared only as far as the service needs, with:

Anthropic (USA): the card you picked, the app language and, if you allowed it, your sentence and your profile, to create compliments on the second and third cards.

Google AdMob (Google, USA): device and advertising identifiers, IP address and the approximate location derived from it, interaction and diagnostic data, to show and measure ads; without a plan the app may load an ad in advance, but it's shown only when you tap a button marked with the ad sign.

Apple and Google: transaction details, to verify your purchase; they take the payment, and your card details never reach us.

These recipients process your data only to provide these services, and they are required to protect it at the same or an equivalent level as described in this policy.

Some of these services are outside Türkiye, in the USA; this transfer abroad is needed for us to provide the service and is based on performing our contract with you.

How long we keep data

What you write, your profile and your name aren't stored on our server. The compliment written for you is kept in memory for at most 10 minutes, only so a repeated request gets the same answer, and is then deleted. A compliment you report, your sentence and your reason are deleted after 90 days. Which ready-made compliments you saw on the first card is kept so you don't see the same ones again, and deleted after 180 days. Daily usage counts and ad reward, legend, subscription and event records are tied only to the random device number and are kept for as long as we provide the service.

Deletion

The server keeps nothing that identifies you; your profile and name aren't stored on the server, and daily usage counts, your legends and your subscription record are tied only to that random number. You can delete your profile with one tap on the Profile page. You can delete compliments from your History one by one or all at once on the History page; deleting your profile doesn't delete your History. Deleting the app deletes the records on the phone, your History included; only the random number may stay in the phone's secure storage so your purchases aren't lost.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Türkiye's personal data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad it's transferred to; to ask for it to be corrected if it's incomplete or wrong; to ask for it to be deleted or destroyed; to ask for those corrections and deletions to be passed on to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
